A Smith & Wesson N-Frame revolver with a 5" barrel fits perfectly, although this being a pretty minimal holster, the trigger and guard are fully exposed, so if you don't want that, you won't want this particular holster. I am not really sure how this holster is supposed to be worn. The belt portion is obvious, but not sure about the leather straps. Maybe the holster portion fits into a pocket (large pocket) and the straps and belt apparatus support the weight of the gun/holster, just not sure, so see pics and decide for yourself.
