We’ve brought several premium updates to our popular cutaway Grand Auditorium 314ce, starting with a torrefied spruce top, which adds an extra splash of responsiveness and warmth to its musical personality. Our special roasting recipe for the top slightly darkens the Sitka soundboard, and we’ve enhanced that vintage character with an artfully sprayed shaded edgeburst around the body and neck. A firestripe faux-tortoise pickguard adds a bold visual touch, while other complementary aesthetic details include gold Taylor tuners and ebony bridge pins with gold acrylic dots. Other featured appointments include a 3-ring rosette with contrasting black and white purfling, black body binding, Gemstone fretboard/peghead inlays in Italian Acrylic, and a rich full-gloss body. The guitar also sports our freshly designed commemorative 50th anniversary label.
