It measures 41.9 mm in diameter and 8.1 mm in center thickness. The dial has a chip near 9 o'clock; the hour hand is missing, as is part of the stem/crown. Unsure about setting/winding. The balance staff looks fine but the balance does not swing as freely as it should.
