Damages: If you receive a damaged item, please contact us with in 3 days after the item is received. We will replace the item immediately if in stock along with placing a claim with the shipping carrier or the manufacturer of the item. DO NOT ship this item back to us. We will issue a shipping call tag for the item to be picked up or destroyed. We will not accept items returned without notice. Holiday Shipping: For the Christmas Holiday, Orders must be placed and paid for by 2:00 PM on December 15, to be received by December 24, in the Continental United States.
