Here is a tapered T Handle reamer. This is one of the tools I use everyday. I use it to enlarge tuner holes,holes in pickguards,many other uses. The picture below of the back of a headstock is an example where someone used a drill to enlarge their tuner holes,bad idea. You can see how the drill knocked chips out of the backside of the headstock. Using the hand reamer is slower and a bit of work but it is much safer for results without damage. You will also see below a couple pictures of my well used reamer. As you can see I added shrink tubing to the handle and put masking tape on the reamer as a guide to know how wide to make the holes. I suggest you do the same with your reamer. I usually work the reamer from the front and back of the headstock,checking the fit with the tuner as I go. I'm cleaning out my shop so check back for all kinds of other parts in the near future. I describe all guitars to the best of my abilities.I don't take every guitar apart to check every freaking screw.I disclose all pimples just so there are no misunderstandings.All guitars are sold as is.
