There are signs of age or wear through cover/spine fading, soil/rub soil/scuff marks, spine/cover edge/corner rub, cover scratches, corner push, spine upper/lower edge rub/push, page edge rub, scuffs, or scratches, page edge light soil, edge nicks/bumps/dents, and yellowing of pages. Notable rub to spine corners with most having beginning/tiny splits. The spine top edge has a small split of about 1/8" or less. The outer corners are well rubbed with a couple showing board. The back end page has a couple of tears...about 1" and 3/4". Hinges are not visible. This 247 page book measures 7 9/16" x 5 1/8" x 7/8".
