Custom scaling options are available on special request. The models I produce are all made to order in high fidelity grey resin. It can take up to 30 days for me to prepare and ship your order, though in most cases my orders ship within two weeks of being purchased. All figurines will arrive clean, cured, and severed from all supports, in high definition and packed with care. With a critical eye, you may find some small signs of the printing process on the resin - if so, they can be clipped or filed off with standard modeling tools. I offer 2 different resin qualities within my listings - Basic and Ultra: Basic - for these orders I'll be using the cheapest available resins on the market to keep a lower price option available. These models may not have as crisp of details and will often be more fragile than their Ultra quality counterparts. They may exhibit small printing flaws and can require more sanding/filing during assembly. I will not accept returns or replace pieces that break during shipment for orders of this quality, though I will still pack them with the same level of care and materials that I use for all my orders. I've made this option available for those who don't mind extra cleanup and are on a tight budget, and as such orders of this quality should be treated as an "As-Is" listing. Ultra- I use my own proprietary blend of some of the best resins on the market for these orders. You can expect the models to have crisp details, a smoother finish, and stronger tensile strength than their Basic counterparts. If a piece breaks in transit I will replace it at my cost for orders within the USA, though you must provide photo documentation within 1 week of the delivery date. Orders of this quality will be prioritized in my print queue, and will be thoroughly reviewed and dry-fit before being shipped out. This is the resin that I use for my own models, and comes with my highest recommendation. Size and Scale - I offer multiple difference scaling options in my store, but please be aware that scaling metrics for fictional characters are, in many ways, subjective. The designers of the models that I sell do not necessarily subscribe to the same ideas as one another, and two 1:8 scale models of the same character from two different brands may be noticeably off from one another in actual size. For this reason, please use the measurements given for each listing to discern the true size of the models. Returns - All of my models are made to order and as a general rule I do not accept returns. However, resin is a fragile material and breaks are common either in shipping or during unpacking and assembly. If your model is broken for any reason, I encourage you to reach out to me as quickly as possible with a photo. In most cases, I'll be glad to guide you through repairing the piece. If you're unable to repair the piece to a quality you find acceptable, I will usually work with you to replace individual pieces in whatever way seems most reasonable for the situation. As my business grows, I will do my best to provide photographic depictions of the printed products I produce.
