According to the website GPAnalysis for CGC Comics, only TWO copies of this issue graded 9.4 have EVER been recorded as being sold! This issue was bagged and boarded since purchase and (since 1990, when I learned about the superior results attainable with archival storage products and moved my entire collection into those products) it was preserved in a thick archival Mylar bag with a heavy-weight acid-free board, and stored in my smoke-free, pet-free, climate-controlled home. It was removed from its Mylar bag for the first time to be graded by CGC!! I submitted it to CGC to be graded and encased and it was returned, with an 9.4 Grade, in late January of 2019 (also, as of 7/27/24, this issue stands out as a true CGC RARITY. Only 23 copies have ever been graded and just TEN have gotten a grade higher than 8.5! Considering its age - you can be sure that VERY FEW of those graded copies have WHITE pages like this one does!) This copy, both before and after processing by CGC, has NEVER spent a single day in an attic, basement or storage unit, (and it NEVER will as long as I own it!).Thanks to careful handling, and long-term storage in Mylar, and despite being more than SIX DECADES old, this issue STILL looks SPECTACULAR, especially in its brand new CGC holder with a Universal label specifying that it still has WHITE pages, to go with that SUPER-high 9.4 grade!!
