Description: TacT TCS MkII Theatre Control System - complete with 10 Channel Room Correction and user programmable crossover filters. The unit is in very good and operational used condition. It has demonstrated itself to be extremely reliable over the years I have used it, with the only issue occurring some years ago being a commonly encountered voltage drift from it's original power supply unit - which was subsequently adjusted and has since been replaced and upgraded (see below). It has been kept in storage for several years, but has just been reinstalled for testing and has continued to operate reliably over the last few days. It is currently fitted with a highly regarded Anthony Padilla (Aberdeen Components) upgraded power supply unit and also comes with both it's original standard power supply and a later version of the standard power supply as spares. I also had the IEC input upgraded, isolating the front panel power switch, and will include the original IEC input with the unit. It is supplied complete with an original TacT box, measurement microphone, remote control, RJ12 to DB 9 computer interface cable and a USB stick containing the operating manual and final versions of the various TacT software / firmware files. It should be noted this is a vintage item of equipment and requires either an old computer to run it's software, equipped with an old style RS-232 serial port and DB 9 connector, or the use of a suitable adaptor to convert to this communication format from a more modern computer's USB port - assuming the software will also run correctly on it's operating system.
