Picture is Very Good, it has a small, shallow 1" long chip missing at the bottom left corner of the picture and a 4 1/2" shallow piece of the mounting also missing.W.E. Hooks (1833-1908) Was a respected Photographer working mostly in Colorado, Texas and new Mexico & operated a photography studio in Colorado Springs from 1890 until his death in 1909.
