NET RUFFLES TRIM THE LACE EDGE. FAN PLEATING IS ON EITHER SIDE OF THE NATURAL WAIST WITH THE DROP WAIST HAVING A SMALL FALLING PANEL IN THE FRONT TRIMMED WITH BUTTONS AND LACE RUFFLES. THE BOTTOM HAS MATCHING LACE PANELS ON EACH SIDE OF THE BOTTOM.
