SWAROVSKI Crystal Topaz Paradise Bug Akima Fly Brooch~925 Sterling Silver Body

Description: For auction is a beautiful custom Daniel Swarovski topaz crystal wings and amber crystal tail bug fly brooch with a beautiful vermeil gold over sterling body. I believe the three faceted stones are Swarovski Crystal. One of the legs on the underside is indeed stamped “925” along with a makers mark stamp I can’t differentiate although its likely to be Daniel S. Trademark. The only other mark I see is the cross bar that adheres to the material being held in is merely stamped “Metal”. The body is sterling and the bar is metal. I barely went through the gold vermeil plate enough to test assay it on the bottom of one of its feet just to be sure it’s genuine sterling and it is indeed. The wingspan is about 2.25” wide, several measurements and weight are pictured for reference. The clasp and hinge both operate properly. It hasn’t been worn much at all, maybe 2 or 3 times? The only issues I see with it is it has glue overage in areas where the crystal meets the sterling body, the last few photos provide up close examples. Despite all said it’s still an absolute beauty!
