This pull on top has a ruffle that starts at the left shoulder to the center neckline & continues down the front of the blouse. The fabric has lots of stretch & the ruffle is a satin finish that's light enough so it doesn't pull on the blouse. Best color is the pictures on the mannequin. Here are some measurements.
