DIRECT SALES - Shipping and Customer Service Shipping: We ship daily. The total cost for shipping includes $10 fee per item. eBay calls this fee 'handling'. This is our standard selling fee on all of the platforms that we sell on. We consider this $10 fee very fair as it does not 100% cover all of the expenses associated with getting these items to you, which include: (i) obtaining (ii) transferring, (iii) storing, (iv) analyzing screen captures, (v) COA'ing, (vi) selling, (vii) boxing, labeling, and packing your treasure (please remember that some boxes cost us double this amount alone), (viii) marking your package 'Do Not Forward', (ix) marking your shipment signature required (a $3 fee alone), and (x) insurance coverage against loss or damage. Each and every order will be shipped in its own shipment. We do not combine the handling fee of orders for paid orders. Shipping Delays: We have no control over the United States Postal System (USPS). Likewise we have zero control over customs delays. Once an item leaves and is in the USPS system it may or may not get scanned until delivery. We require a full month in the system before we consider the item lost. If lost the buyer is covered by eBay’s money back guarantee. In the event of lost and unrecoverable merchandise we reserve the right to not sell to you as we do not wish to go out of business.
