Description: Superb and Rare Antique French 19th Century Cloisonne Champleve Crystal Regulator Clock, with Green Onyx Columns in Flawless, Fully Working Condition Fantastic, rare, very ornate clock in flawless condition. The incredibly ornate dial is beyond superb, so is highly detailed cloisonne and cloisonne hand painted pendulum with multicolor crystal brilliants is a work of art all in itself. French cloisonne is highly valued by collectors. I see no damage of any kind anywhere. The movement is fairly clean, strikes perfectly and runs well. It is an 8-day movement, striking hours on the hour and once on half hour. I will include a key. Pictures speak for themselves, but do let me know if you have any additional questions. The clock measures 15.25" high. Like all pendulum based clocks (and especially so for crystal regulators), the pendulum has to be properly balanced after shipping for the clock to run. Another high end crystal regulator clock was sold by me on eBay about a year ago. After shipping it to UK, it got stuck in customs and, with no explanation whatsoever, after a month, was shipped back to me. Unfortunately, because of this, I will no longer mail expensive clocks to UK using U.S. Mail.
