They are reversible. The measurements are 13" around the neck with 1 3/4" of velcro perfectly overlapping, 19" around the body approximately halfway between the neck and tail with 2 3/4" of velcro on a strap under the tummy perfectly overlapping and 14" from the back of the neck to the tail.
