Description: Duhme & Co. was an active purveyor and manufacturer of silver in Cincinnati, Ohio from 1843 to 1893. The Lily pattern was produced circa 1884 are described in detail in the book Cincinnati Silver 1788-1940 by Dehan. It is a beautiful example of their bright cut engraved patterns. The table spoon is 8" long and marked on the back with the factory mark shown. It weighs 1.6 troy ounces. The spoon is in outstanding condition with no dings, dents, or bends. It is one of the finest examples of sterling from this era that we have ever offered for sale. It is monogrammed Flora on the back of the handle.
