Description: This decal listing is for one set of 1/144 scale 26Decal BOAC VC-10 decal (STS44-373) and one set of the AHS Reflective Gold Foil Speedbird and BOAC titles decal (A4-952) for a BOAC VC-10 model. They are designed to be used together on the Airfix 1/144 scale VC-10 kit (not included). Over the years, most BOAC decals have use a gold ink for these elements, however the real aircraft used a reflective gold foil, as can be seen in the third image in this listing. The 26Decal sheet provides all the main decal elements, however the 'Speedbird' logo and BOAC titles are printed with gold ink. AHS worked with 26Decal and a well known decal artist to design the supplemental sheet that provides the proper gold foil elements. It was printed by Cartograf (Italy).
