The “It’s Only You” side is a soft psych track with tons of charm and is on YouTube while the flip side “I Realize” is a mind blowing psychedelic rock track. To my knowledge the better track “I Realize is not on YouTube but I would be more than happy to send an audio clip of it if requested.
