Description: I have an incredible stone sculpture by world renowned sculptor Vasily Fedorouk! (1950 - 2009) It is titled "Shell," and it's made from Texas Rattlesnake Limestone. It is 11" long, 3.5" wide at the base, and 10" tall overall. There is glue noticeable where the carving meets the base, and the glue is cracked. (Please see photos)The carving is still tight to the base, but you can slightly wiggle it. Note: The glue appears to be there in the photo on his website. This piece is featured on his website, under "other stone." This is a fabulous sculpture, with an amazing number of fossils embedded throughout the Rattlesnake limestone!
