Description: A very unique, stylish and usable cheese scoop of a shovel design. The silver scoop is very thick and it shows the quality of the piece. I have never seen one of this style and it could well be a one off. Fully hallmarked sterling silver, 2005 Edinburgh The makers mark of is DL. It is in an excellent condition with no breaks or repairs. Some very light surface wear as expected for its age. The wooden handle is secure and in good order. As the photographs show the scoop sits off centre, I am not sure if this was intentional but it does allow the scoop to be twisted easier when in the cheese. 20.5cm length. 60 grams.
