Description: Steiff “The Growler Bear” 2008, EAN 662461, is an 11” fully jointed mohair bear, number 908 of a limited edition, produced for the year 2008. His certificate says his color is light brass, I’d say golden, with tan felt paw pads, black eyes, hand-stitched nose and mouth. He has a growler, and the signature gold-plated button in his ear with a white ribbon, which denotes limited edition. He is wearing an emerald green satin bow with 1908-2008 embroidered in gold thread representing the celebration of the hundredth anniversary of the first growler bear. Condition is new, never played with or displayed, comes from a smoke free home, includes certificate of authenticity and box. The only time removed from the box was for initial inspection and the purpose of pictures. Please review all photographs and description before purchasing, especially measurements.
