As is very common with this original version of Starscream, the rear tailfins become really difficult to transform over time. As shown in one of the pictures, the back part of where the right rear tailfin is has a crack in it from this issue. The left side has not cracked yet for some reason. This is the 5th Classics Starscream I've gotten in recently to the Seibertron Store that has had this problem. It seems to be affecting all of these Starscreams for some reason. It's like the plastic has "swollen" or something weird. As you can see from these pictures, Starscream can still be transformed but extreme care should be used when transforming the rear tailfins. It is highly possible that the left one will crack as well upon transforming the tailfins. Some of the gray plastic pieces have "yellowed" slightly, another common problem.
