We tried to talk to Starlink about it, but since we do not have an account with them and do not plan to open a service, we could not get technical support. This would be ideal for someone familiar with transferring accounts, can get support from Starlink who already has an active account, or is a Starlink-authorized reseller. Setting up the account requires Starlink to support and remove the previous owner. Buyer assumes responsibility, and we do not offer tech support. The item was hooked up powered on and all lights worked on each device and were discoverable on the starlink app. The antenna did auto adjust to the satellites and when finished stowed away properly. As stated, other than physical tests, without the starlink account we were not able to run a data test on the Dish. We only verrified that it does work mechanically and is discovered by the starlink app once properly connected.
