First released in hardcover by Del Rey in 2013, Star Wars: Kenobi is a novel seven years in the making about Obi-Wan Kenobi's first weeks on Tatooine. It's very much a western, about a man with a past who's suddenly appeared in the desert — and about the many lives he touches after his arrival. It won the Scribe Award for Best Media Tie-In Novel — Speculative in 2014 from the International Association of Media Tie-In Writers — and has since appeared in many editions in many languages. The Approaching Storm is a prequel novel to Attack of the Clones, and was released in 2002. It's likewise been reprinted around the world.
