The classic logo is split near the middle, creating two very heavy, very thick polystone bookends. They'll work for books, DVD's, video games....or just as a cool backdrop to your Star Wars display. They stand about 4.5inches tall, and are quite thick - about 2 inches. They are solid, giving them enough weight to hold quite a few books in place. The bottom includes small soft round feet to avoid damaging your shelf, or the bottom of the bookends. It also keeps them from slipping on the shelf when they are holding up heavier items.Included is a Certificate of Authenticity from Gentle Giant. These were limited to a production run of 5000, and this is numbered 1060/5000. Gentle Giant / Borders Bookstore 2010 These were purchased in 2010 and has been in safe storage ever since. The package has never been opened, except to photograph the certificate and the package is in excellent condition. The bookends were so nicely packaged, I didn't want to open them any more, since I wouldn't be able to return it to its original condition.
