The circle says "Star Trek 25th Anniversary" and the oval 1976-1991. Produced by Lincoln Enterprises in 1991, this has been in our possesion since released. It comes with a glue backing for easy application to a cloth surface. Not easily found outside of Star Trek conventions, it has been stored in a smoke and pet free environment.
