No. 15 Block Plane Description: This sale is for the Stanley Rule & Level Co. No. 15 Block Plane pictured. The No. 15 is the same as a 9 1/2 but an inch longer. This looks pretty good and will make for a good user. There is a small chip in the cap. There is little rust or pitting. The owner carved a W on one rail. It has had some work done on it. The bolt that the cap uses to lock down is not original. Somebody rethreaded the hole in the body and put a larger bolt in for some reason. It functions ok and probably if I did not mention it one would not know. It has a later near full length BB logo cutter. Pics tell the rest of the story.
