Description: Stanley Bailey No. 4 Type 15 (1931-1932)* Smooth Bottom Plane Made in England Measures 9 3/4" long, 2 1/2" wide, and 5 1/2" tall. Great condition for its age. The plane body has some japanning loss and surface rust as shown. The lever cap has some minor nickle plate loss as shown. The iron is in great condition as shown. The frog has some japanning loss and minor surface rust as shown. The wood handles/totes have paint/varnish loss, damage, scratches, and dents from age and use. The rear tote/handle wiggles side to side slightly when installed.
