Description: 4-T6-B This is a Stanley Bailey No 4 smoothing plane, Type 6 (1888 - 1890) production model. The plane has been cleaned, lapped, and sharpened. The iron is ground and honed to 30° at 1200 grit. The plane has appx 50% original japanning but has developed what seems to be a smooth, dark, protective patina. Shipping will be USPS Priority Flat Rate Mail (medium box).
