Small stains on the front end papers. Edges of pages are discolored but inside are bright and mostly stain free. No foxing Title: At the Foot of the Rainbow Author: Gene Stratton-Porter Year: 1907 Publisher: Grosset & Dunlap Condition: Very Good Details: Front paste down illustration on the cover has been well cared for - tiny cut on the right side but is firmly adhered still with no folds or tears. Slight staining to the back cover and small bumps on top and bottom edges of the spine. Edges of pages are discolored but are bright inside. No foxing. Front has small area where you can see webbing (see images) but binding is tight and it has no loose pages. Title: The Shadow of the Sheltering Pines Author: Grace Miller White Year: 1919 Publisher: Grosset & Dunlap Condition: Good Details: Some staining to back cover and bumps along top and bottom of spine from shelving. Edges of pages are discolored but inside they're bright. No foxing. Pages are starting to show binding in some places but it's still tight with no loose pages. Title: Judith of the Cumberlands Author: Alice MacGowan Year: 1908 Publisher: Grosset & Dunlap Condition: Good Details: staining on front and back covers, bumping on top and bottom of the spine. Title page vellum has a fold and small bit of foxing but no foxing throughout the rest of the book. Edges of pages are discolored but inside is bright. All four books come from an estate collection. The previous owner clearly took very good care of these books.
