Its' lights are reflected in the water, and there is a white sign on the left with "WELCOME" in both English and Chinese. Inside is "Hong Kong '86" so this was before the return of Hong Kong to China. The box is 1.3" by 1.9" with a height of .9". On the bottom of the burgundy base is : "The Allied Dunbar PLC Collection - Number 4" and "Staffordshire Enamels - Made in England in the Old Bilston Battersea Tradition" with a big "S" in the center.
