Initially providing 3D printing services to other small businesses and education, we now design, manufacture, and distribute our very own high quality products. We have a very strong focus on quality and customer care and strive for complete satisfaction. This is why we go beyond statutory requirements and accept returns up to 60 days after delivery. Payment Once you place an order, you are binding into a legal contract, so do not buy unless you intend to complete the purchase. We will pursue all unpaid items for all charges and fees after 7 days of payment not being received. We only accept PayPal payments through eBay, unless stated otherwise in the listing. Cancellation To comply with eBay policy, we are unable to modify any order after it has been placed. Where shipping is shown as free, this will only apply to Mainland United Kingdom. Surcharges may apply to all offshore UK islands. Returns If you change your mind, or any of our products fall below the standard you would expect and you wish to return the item, you must notify us via eBay messaging within 60 days of receiving the item. We are happy to refund or exchange the item providing it is returned unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all accessories. Some items cannot be returned unless they are faulty, such as customised and made to order items. If your item develops a fault within 60 days of delivery we will offer a refund, including postage costs or a replacement product. In some cases we may request that the original product is returned to us for assessment and verification of the fault before a refund is offered. If your item develops a fault after 60 days but within the 12 month warranty period please contact us via eBay messaging and we will repair or replace it once the original product has been returned to us for assessment and verification of the fault. If a product is returned as faulty but not found to have a manufacturing fault or if a fault has developed as a result of misuse, no product or postage costs will be refunded. Please allow time for shipping services to return items to us, 48 hours for us to investigate faults, and note that it can take 3-5 working days for any refund given to be shown in your PayPal account.
