The bowl is engraved St. Louis”. The spoon has not been monogrammed. The spoon is marked with the Reed & Barton trademark, “STERLING” and “PAT.MAY.22.1900” and “MERMOD, JACCARD & CO. / ST LOUIS”. It was likely a souvenir of the World’s Fair. Condition on the spoon is very good. There is just light wear. A fine old souvenir spoon!
