The SP-4001C is precision machined from a solid billet of 7000 series aluminum, and features a hardcoat anodized finish. This mount utilizes the Torx 20 ring and clamping screws are zinc-nickel coated for superior resistance to corrosion, and are pre-waxed at the factory to ensure correct torque values. The SP-4001C is also part of Spuhrs Ideal Scope Mount System series, which features seven sets of interfaces for the installation of over 40 different accessories such as angle cosine indicators, back-up iron sights, tactical lasers, and clip-on night vision/thermal devices.
