In case of over sized, or oddly sized books, we will box and bubble wrap to the best of our abilities), but sometimes even superheroes need backup. Please let us know when photos of the damages BEFORE the package is open so we can see the damage to packaging, as well as damage to your items. There will be NO EXCEPTIONS if you can not provide photos of unopened damaged packaging. 10.
