He had an entire machinist/carpenters shop in his basement. There are and will be more listing similar, so please look at my other listings. This unit is for pickup only in Orland Park, IL 60462. The BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR MOVING THE ITEMS OUT OF THE BASEMENT, WE WILL NOT PROVIDE ASSISTANCE. THERE IS A SWINGING DOOR THAT CAN BE ACCESSED THROUGH THE BASEMENT SO IT WILL NOT BE TOO DIFFICULT. This unit is not tested and is being sold AS IS, although he told me that all of the equipment was operating properly when he last checked about a year ago. We are open to offers as long as they’re fair. I can meet there any day of the week with 48 hours notice once the item is purchased. I will be back there every Saturday in the meantime so if you want extra pictures let me know and I’ll get them the following Saturday. All sales are final.
