Direct plug and play, needed to get audio as well as adjust it from these arcade boards. Very easy to install (connector is keyed and can only be installed one way), no more making un-reliable connections to the board or soldering wires directly to it (Trifurcon pins make contact on 3 sides rather than 1 side like the original making a much better connection).
