The shrink-wrap shows general surface wear including scuffs\ & scratches however no visible tears or damage. There is a security sticker and some sticker residue on the back bottom corners of the game (shown below). There are a couple of small impressions on the front & back of the game case / cover art (shown below). The game disc is in place, not loose. The UPC is clean. The hang-tag is undamaged on the back.
