Description: Up for sale is a SONY VAIO VPCW211AX 10.1” LED W Series Mini Notebook (Pink/Silver; PCG-21212L) which comes as pictured in the actual photos with the original AC Charging Adapter, Sony Rechargeable Battery (not sure how long of a charge it holds) and Guide and is being sold AS IS. The laptop powers on, doesn’t have any scuffs/scratches, but has no hard drive. It works and was never put to use because one of the gray plastic clips in the battery compartment on the left-hand side where the Battery “Release” is located broke off. The other Release clip on the “Lock” side is intact and works as it should. (See 4th, 5th and 6th photos for details.) The fact that only one hinge release is present causes the battery to come off if you push down too hard on the laptop, but otherwise has no effect on the notebook’s functionality. The plastic hinge release is a replaceable part, but no repairs of any sort have been attempted. The only thing that was removed was the original hard drive, which can be easily replaced with a more modern and faster SSD.
