There are some very minor marks on the body and lens barrel, and there are some small marks on the handgrip which won't clean off which may be a minor scuff, but it doesn't look like a scuff! There is also a minor split in the lower frame of the screen which doesn't affect the strength in any way. The lens has one visible speck of dust under the front element which is not uncommon, and it does not affect the picture quality. The camera screen is pristine, and has no scratched, blotches or marks at all. A new tempered glass screen protector has been applied which should keep it looking good forever. The battery is good. An ultra low shutter count of only 336. (Anything under 10,000 is considered very low) Firmware is up to date. It works perfectly (as expected) and comes with everything seen in the images including a complimentary bag, 32gb SD card which can hold over 5000 full res JPEG images and a USB SD Card reader. About my cameras: I am a small seller specialising in these impressive little Sony NEX cameras. I am a keen hobbyist photographer owning two myself, and have learned a few things. One thing in particular is knowing how to replace the original display screen surface which gets easily scratched and seriously marked during its life making them look ugly. In my experience this happens to varying degrees of "spectacularity" on ALL of these Sony cameras. I have yet to come across one that hasn't got any unsightly annoying marks or blotches on the screen, and it can sometimes be impossible to spot these on some eBay listing images. This isn't caused by abusive wear and tear, but is an inherent weakness on all of these Sony screens when they are new, and even the oils from the skin on your fingers eat away at the surface and cause ugly blotches. It is impossible to clean these marks off as they are embedded, and trying to clean or polish them just makes things worse. I actually have to remove the surface layer of the screen (which is the top layer of a sandwich of two layers on top of the actual LCD, and is quite delicate work requiring good diligence) and replace it with a tempered glass surface which is totally durable compared to the original screen surface making the screen crystal clear again, and this will then last forever. You can't tell, and when this is done, they look and feel as good as new - if not better in my opinion - and you will never have to fear marks or scratches again. So, when I describe a camera screen as "Immaculate", then it truly is. It is unlikely that you will find any cleaner Sony NEX cameras on eBay. This operation cannot be done with touchscreens as they are different. And you just have to hope that they have had screen protectors applied from new. My cameras also get a full function check and clean to make them look as close to "new" as possible. This is unlikely to ever happen, but in the event that you are not totally happy with your purchase for whatever reason, then I do offer a full standard eBay return policy for peace of mind.
