Description: Solo Werks S1 Coilover VW MKIV Golf R32 & Audi TT Q 99-2006 S1VW005 Designed by a joint engineering staff from Germany and the USA, the S1 coilover is built for the enthusiast that is looking for an ideal balance of ride quality and performance. Applications include the ever popular VW Golf, Jetta, Passat & Beetle, as well as the Audi A4 & A5, A3, A5 & TT both 2WD and Quattro as well as most S-lines. In the front the S1 coilover for the Audi platforms feature a range of 488-780 lb/inch spring rates matched to a twin tube low pressure gas damper mounted in a heavy gold zinc plated threaded coilover housing that provides not only great handling, but also exceptional corrosion resistance, broad lowering ranges and long life. The rear features progressively wound coil springs rated from 300-600 lb/inch and adjustable threaded perch system with a specially tuned low pressure gas sport damper that is matched to the lowering range of the coil/perch combination based on vehicle weight and dynamics. Additional Features include mounting for OEM brakes hoses and ABS lines as well as new proper length anti-sway bar endlinks where needed.
