Ordering Process After placing your order, we will send you our email address via eBay Messages so that you can email us your design. File formats we accept include pdf, svg, and other vector file types compatible with our software. Please include in your email your order number and any special instructions. If you selected the Rivet holes mounting option, please specify the hole diameter. We'll then prepare a digital proof (typically within 24 hrs.) and email it to the same address that you used to send the design. Once approved we’ll continue with production.
