Up for bid is a Smith Corona PWP145 Personal Word Processor Typewriter FREESHIP. Serial ending 1517. This typewriter is the kind that has a word processing display on it so you can make adjustments or corrections to your copy before commiting to paper or you can use it in straight typewriter mode…note that it needs a new ribbon…the one installed snapped inside at some point as it won’t spool up tape…so you’ll need to replace it…I was unable to verify if the installed correction tape will cover up (it stops after awhile after being exposed to air and it gets old)….also, this model has a side diskette drive to save work on and requires Smith Corona discs (which I don't have) so I don’t have those either and can’t tell you if it will save or read. I am going to list this unit no returns. The keyboard cover is included, the cord storage door is missing. My items are discreetly marked so that if something is returned swapped out/parted/opened a refund cannot be issued until the issue is resolved.
