This is the home of Frank Wallace, built in 1915, a practical and comfortable Craftsman style bungalow with a porch stretching all the way across the front. Entry is directly into the large living room, with dining and kitchen to the back on one side, and on the other 2 bedrooms and a bath. The house has a full basement and a small attic. This attic could probably be made to accommodate another bedroom and bath with a bit of finessing to the roofline. The prints for brother George's matching bungalow can be found here.
