Return policy details: Items which have been shipped can be returned within 7 working days of delivery providing they are in the same condition and they were sent and photographed. This policy also applies if the item is faulty. These conditions meet the curent UK distance selling regulations. Return postage must be covered by the buyer unless the item is faulty. Faults are manufacturing issues which stop the item working but does not include anything that would be carried out during a 'setup' including things like action, intonation, truss rod, requiring replacement strings, tuning, tension of tremolo.
