Description: "Skifibel" (or as it's shown elsewhere in the book, "Ski-Fibel" or Ski Fibel") is a 96 page, 6.5"x8" hardcover written and illustrated by Hubert Mumelter and published in 1934 by Rowohlt (Berlin). All text is in German. The author was a ski instructor and here takes a humorous look at the sport. There are color illustrations throughout. The book is in good condition. The dust jacket is torn, chipped and creased at the edges, particularly along the top, darkened at the spine, scratched on the back. The paper-covered boards (with same illustration as the jacket) are torn at several corners and the spine ends, bumped at the front top corner.
