Description: Here's some nice vintage glasses which were made by the Fostoria Glass Company of Moundsville, West Virginia. These are iced tea glasses from Fostoria's #2977 line of glassware, called 'Jamestown'. Jamestown was produced in this purple color from 1980 until 1986.These glasses are about 6-7/8" tall at the edge, about 3-3/8" across the top, and the foot's about 2-5/8" across. They hold about 12 ounces of liquid when filled to the brim, so 'functional capacity' is probably 10-11 ounces. All six are in great shape, with no damage or wear that I can discern.
