Description: Here is a vintage Singer 1851-1951 Centennial Sewing Machine in a bentwood carrying case with key. A Century of Sewing Service. There is also a box of accessories included. This machine runs and the light works; although it could probably use a good cleaning and some adjustments. I have not sewn anything with it, as I am not a seamstress. The bobbin is the older bullet shaped style. Serial number AJ862980. I believe the foot pedal has been replaced at some time as it does not fit in the tab on the inside of the cover. See photos. Case is solid but has some scratches and marks. Nice example. Buyer is responsible for postage. Please check the shipping options under the shipping tab. Some shipping services may be less expensive than others! Please double check that you have put in the correct shipping address. The items I sell are vintage items, so condition may not always be pristine. I take a lot of pictures to help show condition. The pictures provided are considered to be part of the description. Please examine them closely. I will be happy to answer questions.Shipping your item can be expensive. Returns are accepted, but as buyer is responsible for the return postage (unless I'm at fault), it is much better to ask questions about the item BEFORE shipping. (See my full buyer-friendly returns policy in the "Shipping and Payments" tab.) Asking questions can prevent that "buyer's remorse" later.
