Description: This is a very nice, basic sewing machine by Singer. It is model number 2517C. The machine is very easy to operate. It has a straight and zigzag stitches. You just simply slide the bar to pick the stitch you want. it is very easy to thread and it has a wonderful feature of a needle position slide. You can keep the needle in the middle or move it to the left or the right which is great for zipper installation. It has a built-in bobbin winder which is made of metal, not plastic. It has an integrated handle so you can take this very nice machine on the road. It is a free arm machine that allows you to sew cuffs and other smaller circular items. The machine is in near new condition. It was barely used. It comes with a vinyl cover to protect it from dust when not in use, as well as the foot pedal and electrical plug. It also comes with a brand new tape measure, a seam ripper and two needle threaders. The machine has been tested and has recently been cleaned and oiled and is in excellent condition.
